Elmet Technologies provides metal rolling and toll manufacturing services, with capabilities that support high-performance metal processing. We offer a wide range of solutions to assist in processing material into its final form. Our advanced manufacturing technology supports toll services for refractory metals and unique alloys. In addition to metal products, we provide toll services such as hot rolling, cold rolling, extrusion, rotary forging, and more.
Metal Extrusion
Elmet Technologies assists its customers with solving complex material processing and fabrication challenges with its world-class extrusion technology. We also manufacture extruded products, such as pipe and shapes, from a wide range of high-performance metals. We utilize a state-of-the-art 5,500-ton extrusion press to extrude metal rods, tubes, and shapes.
Rolling Services
We assist our customers with metal rolling services and final form processing for flat products. Elmet Technologies has 9 rolling mills in a wide range of sizes to support the processing of products such as sheet, plate, foil, and more. We often provide rolling services to customers working with high-performance materials, unique alloys, and refractory metals.
Rotary Forging
Rotary forging services are available to customers seeking manufacturing efficiency, reduced costs, and scrap reduction. We utilize precision rotary forging processes to minimize material losses for a wide spectrum of metals, including: Cobalt and Nickel Alloys, Titanium Alloys, Cu-Be Alloys, Pure Metals, and other unique materials.

We specialize in high-performance metal rolling and specialty alloy processing. Our team of experts understands the importance of knowing the correct rolling conditions and parameters. We provide hot rolling and cold rolling services for a wide range of specialty metals. Elmet Technologies has several mill types and sizes to manufacture flat metal products and provide toll manufacturing.
Tungsten
Our tungsten flat products are available with a wide range of thicknesses, widths, lengths, and finishes. The most common flat mill products we manufacture are plate, sheet, and foil. We have advanced capabilities in the production of finished mill products. Elmet Technologies also provides rolling services for unique customer-provided materials.

Since 1929, Elmet Technologies has manufactured high-quality, made in the USA products for its customers in the defense, aerospace, industrial, energy, scientific, and medical sectors. Our fully integrated approach ensures that every product we manufacture is fabricated to the highest possible standards of quality, reliability, and traceability.
Molybdenum
We manufacture several forms of molybdenum flat products, including foil, plate, sheet, and more. In addition to the pure metal, we provide rolling services and flat products for clad materials, well as unique alloys. This includes: MP35N, CuMoCu, NiMoNi, and a wide range of refractory metals and high-performance materials for thermal management.
